Product Overview
16065C-AU adapter is designed to operate specifically with the 4263A/B, 4268A and 4278A. By connecting an external DC voltage source to this adapter, a bias voltage of up to +/-40V can be supplied to a DUT. The DUT can be inserted by connecting any direct attachment 4 terminal-pair test fixture to the adapter.
- Applicable test fixture: 16034E/G/H, 16044A, 16047A/C/D/E, 16048A/B/D/E and 16089A/B/C/D/E
- Frequency range from 50Hz to 1MHz
- Operating temperature range from 0 to 55°C (same as for measurement instrument)
- 210mm cable length
- Dimension is (approx.): 160 (W) x 50 (H) x 150 (D) [mm]
