53220A/010/300-AU is a 350MHz universal frequency counter/timer with option 010 (ultra-high-stability OCXO timebase) and option 300 (add internal lithium ion smart battery and charger for unstable AC power or timebase stability). The universal frequency counter/timer is a two-channel frequency counter with the ability to make frequency, frequency ratio, time interval and pulse width measurements.
- Two 350MHz input channels, plus optional third channel (6GHz or 15GHz)
- 12 digits/second resolution, 100psec time interval resolution
- LXI-C/LAN, USB, GPIB interface
- Built-in math analysis and colour, graphical display (trend and histogram)
- Lithium-ion battery
