E5384A-AU is a single-ended ZIF probe for DDR2 DRAM BGA probe connection. Connects to the DDR2 DRAM BGA probe to enable viewing of data traffic on industry standard DDR2 DIMMs with the 16900 Series or U4154A logic analysers.
- 46 channels: 44 single-ended data, 2 differential clock
- 1.5pF equivalent load capacitance
- 800Mb/s maximum data rate
- Measure signals with as little as 250mV p-p signal amplitude
- Provides convenient, reliable connection to the W2630 series DDR2 DRAM BGA probe
- Compatible with logic analysers with 90-pin cable connectors logic analyser cable connectors
