Product Overview
N1414A-AU is a high resistance measurement universal adapter. This is an adapter to simplify the connection for high resistance measurements by B2980B Series Electrometer/High Resistance Meter (B2985B, B2987B). With this accessory, you can only use a triaxial cable for current measurement and a banana cable to bias the DUT (a high value resistor).
