Product Overview
N2750A-AU InfiniiMode differential probe is a new generation of low-cost differential active probes compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes’ AutoProbe interface. It comes with new operation modes and convenient measurements of differential, single-ended, and common mode signals with a single probe tip, without reconnecting the probe to change the connection. The N2750A probe’s InfiniiMode provides the following modes of operation A – B (differential), A – ground (single-ended A), B – ground (single-ended B) and (A+B)/2 – ground (common mode).
- 1.5GHz probe bandwidth, 233psec rise time
- 2:1/10:1 attenuation ratio
- ±15V offset range
- Dynamic range of ±5V or 10Vpp (at 10:1), ±1V or 2Vpp (at 2:1)
- Maximum input voltage of 30V DC + peak AC
- High CMRR (<gt/>60dB at 1MHz)
- Built-in multi-function scope control for quick access to a variety of scope functions
- AutoProbe interface for auto configuration and probe power
