N2840A-AU is a low-cost passive probe that provides a 10:1 attenuation and features a high input resistance of 10Mohm. The probe can be adjusted for low-frequency compensation and high-frequency compensation.
- Bandwidth range from DC to 50MHz

- Attenuation ratio 10:1
- Input resistance of 10Mohm (when terminated into 1Mohm)
- Maximum input 300V RMS (or greater than 400Vpk) CAT I and CAT II
