Product Overview
N5442A-AU is a precision BNC 50 ohm adapter. Use your active probe (InfiniiMax I, II, or 1156A-58A) or 50 ohm BNC cables with the Infiniium 90000 X-series oscilloscope. It lets users to use active probes (or passive probes, or general purpose 50 ohm BNC cables) designed for the AutoProbe I interface with Infiniium oscilloscopes that have the AutoProbe II interface. Infiniium oscilloscopes that have the AutoProbe II interface include: UXR-Series (models from 13 GHz to 33 GHz), Z-Series, V-Series, 90000 Q-Series, and 90000 X-Series.

- For use with InfiniiMax I/II/III+ probes, N2750A-52A, N2795A/96A/97A,1156A-58A etc
