Product Overview
The KAA-3528ESGC from Kingbright is a surface mount, round shape, high efficiency bi-colour LED. This LED is available in high efficiency red and super bright green colour made with gallium arsenide phosphide on gallium phosphide orange light emitting diode and gallium phosphide green light emitting diode respectively.
- Both chips can be controlled separately
- Available in 3.5mmx2.8mm size
- Forward voltage of 2.0V for red and 2.2V for green
- Forward current of 20mA for red and green
- Dominant wavelength of 625nm for red and 568 for green
- Peak wavelength of 627nm for red and 565 for green
- Luminous intensity of 30mcd for red and 20mcd for green
- Viewing angle of 120°
