Product Overview
The KPHBM-2012SURKCGKC from Kingbright is a surface mount, rectangular shaped bi-colour LED. bi-colour of LED are high efficiency red and green made with GaInP on GaAs substrate light emitting diode and AlGaInP on GaAs substrate light emitting diode respectively. This is a low power consumption LED which has wide viewing angle and Ideally suitable for backlighting and indicators.
- Available in size of 2mmx1.25mm and 0.45mm thickness
- Forward voltage of 1.95V for red and 2.1V for green
- Forward current of 20mA for red and green
- Dominant wavelength of 630nm for red and 570 for green
- Peak wavelength of 645nm for red and 574 for green
- Luminous intensity of 80mcd for red and 50mcd for green
- Water clear lens type
- Viewing angle of 120°
