The KPHF-1612QBDSURKZGC is a red/green/blue Chip LED Lamp with water clear lens, SMD mounting, rectangular-shaped lens, 120° viewing angle, 80, 280 and 70mcd luminous intensity and 630, 525 and 465nm wavelength. The hyper red source colour device is made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate. The green source colour device is made with InGaN on sapphire. The blue source colour device is made with InGaN. Ideal for backlight and indicator.
