Product Overview
ICE40UL1K-B-EVN is a iCE40 UltraLite breakout board. This easy-to-use, low-cost breakout board is designed for evaluation and development using the high-density iCE40UL1K silicon in a compact 36-ball BGA package with maximum I/O. Ideal for rapid prototyping, it exposes each I/O via headers, allowing flexible development of custom functions. The board includes an RGB LED, a high-current torch LED, and an infrared LED to support quick evaluation of LED-based applications. It features simple connectivity, powered and programmed via a standard USB mini cable, and comes preloaded with RGB LED demo code and a user-friendly software GUI. For further customization, users can reprogram the onboard SPI Flash using Lattice’s free Diamond Programmer software, while the iCEcube2 design software. Combining affordability, flexibility, and convenience, this board offers a powerful platform for developers seeking to evaluate, prototype, and customize a wide range of low-power applications.
