Product Overview
ICE5LP4K-B-EVN is an easy-to-use, low-cost iCE40 ultra breakout board designed for evaluation and development using the iCE40 Ultra FPGA with the 36-ball WLCSP high I/O package. Ideal for rapid prototyping, each I/O is accessible via headers, enabling quick development of user functions. The board includes an RGB LED, high-current torch LED, and infrared LED for convenient evaluation of lighting applications. It offers simple USB mini cable-based power and programming, and comes preloaded with an RGB LED demo and GUI. Developers can reprogram the onboard SPI Flash using the free Diamond Programmer software, and create custom designs with the iCEcube2 development suite—both available for download from Lattice. This compact board is optimized for high-density, low-power applications in consumer and portable electronics.
