SMBJ30A is a SMBJ series surface-mount, transient voltage suppressor.
- 600W peak pulse power dissipation (non repetitive current pulse derated above TA=+25°C)
- Glass passivated die construction
- Excellent clamping capability
- Steady state power dissipation at TL=+75°C is 5W
- Operating temperature range from -55 to +150°C
- 30V reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) at TA=25°C
- 38.30V maximum breakdown voltage (VBR at IT)
- 1mA test current (IT), 5µA max reverse leakage at VRWM
- 48.4V max clamping voltage at Ipp
