Product Overview
The MAX11629EEE+ is a 12bit analogue to digital converter (ADC) with FIFO and internal reference in 16 pin QSOP package. This device has on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown function. The MAX11629 has eight input channels and maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock. It includes 10MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial port. This ADC is used in system supervision, data acquisition systems and data logging systems.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Analogue multiplexer with track/hold function
- Internal reference of 2.5V
- 1V to VDD external reference
- 16 entry first-in/first-out (FIFO)
- Integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±1LSB
- Differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±1LSB (no missing codes over temperature)
- Offset error of ±0.5LSB and gain error of ±0.5LSB
- Full power bandwidth of 1MHz (-3dB point)
