93LC86-I/SN

The 93LC86-I/SN is a 16kB MICROWIRE compatible serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) with word-selectable device is dependent upon external logic levels driving the ORG pin to set word size. The 93XX86B device provides dedicated 16-bit memory organization. A program enable (PE) pin allows the user to write-protect the entire memory array. Advanced CMOS technology makes this device ideal for low-power, nonvolatile memory applications.
