The AT24C02D-XHM-T is a 2048-bit serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 256 words of 8-bit each. The device cascadable feature allows up to eight devices to share a common 2-wire bus. This device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operation are essential.
- I²C-compatible (2-wire) serial interface
- Schmitt trigger, filtered inputs for noise suppression
- Bidirectional data transfer protocol
- Write protect pin for full array hardware data protection
- Ultralow active current and standby current
- 8-byte page write mode - partial page writes allowed
- Random and sequential read modes
- Self-timed write cycle within 5ms maximum
- High reliability
- Endurance - 1000000 write cycles
