It executes powerful instructions in a single clock cycle. The device achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz by balancing power consumption and processing speed.

- 2Kbytes of RAM
- Up to 20MIPS throughput at 20MHz
- 23 programmable I/O lines
