The DSPIC33FJ128MC804-I/PT is a 16-bit Digital Signal Controller (up to 128kB Flash and 16K SRAM) with motor control PWM and advanced analogue. Modified Harvard architecture, linear program memory addressing up to 4M instruction words and linear data memory addressing up to 64kB. Up to 2kB dual ported DMA buffer area (DMA RAM) to store data transferred via DMA.

- 16 x 16 Fractional/integer multiply operations
- Accumulator write back for DSP operations
- On-chip flash and SRAM
- Boot, secure and general security for program flash
- Interrupt controller
- One timer runs as a real-time clock with an external 32.768kHz oscillator
- Peripheral pin Select functionality
- On-chip 2.5V voltage regulator
