MOLYKOTE 55, 100G is a MOLYKOTE® silicone-based O-ring grease. It is a silicone-based material that helps ensure positive lubrication and sealing by slightly swelling rubber O-rings and seals. This product is heat-stable and oxidation-resistant and is serviceable from approximately -65 to 175°C. Ideal for lubrication between rubber and metal parts in pneumatic systems in aircraft, automotive and general industrial applications.

- Compatible with many plastics and elastomers
- Silicone oil, ester, lithium soap composition
- 0.98g/cm³ density (20°C), 100mm²/s base oil viscosity at 25°C
- Off-white appearance
- 0.1bar oxidation resistance, pressure drop 100hr, 99°C
- 35 x 10³Nm torque after 20 minutes running time
- Wide service-temperature range from -65 to 175°C
