Product Overview
EVQ6532-V-00A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPQ6532, a three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor pre-driver. The MPQ6532 operates with a supply voltage of up to 60V. It is configured to drive three half bridges, which consist of six N-channel power MOSFETs. The hall sensors integrated in the motor provide the rotor position information and the external controller (e.g. MCU or FPGA) generates the driving control signals.
- Three-phase brushless DC motor pre-driver evaluation board
- Wide 5V to 60V input voltage (VIN) range, OC_REF voltage (VOC_REF) range from 0.125V to 2.4V
- Built-in hall sensor inputs and 120° commutation logic
- Charge pump gate drive supply
- Bootstrap high-side MOSFET driver with trickle-charge circuit supports 100% duty cycle operation
- Low-power sleep mode
- Pulse-width modulation (PWM) speed control input
- Brake control input, motor start-up current limit
- Thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection, fault indication output
- VH voltage (VH) of 3.3V or 5V, typical dead time of 1.4µs, AEC-Q100 qualified
