LBUA0VG2BP-741 Type2BP is the ultra small UWB module which includes NXP's SR150 UWB chipset, clock, filters and peripheral components. It is ideally suited for general IoT devices including battery operated devices.
- NXP trimension SR150 chipset, UWB channel 5,9 support
- 3 antenna support (3D AoA or 2D AoA support), power calibration and Xtal calibration support
- ARM cortex-M33 CPU core, - / 128KB CODE RAM, 128KB data RAM
- Operating temperature range from -30 to 85°C
- Maximum dimension is 6.6mm × 5.8mm × 1.2mm
- Maximum supply voltage is 1.98V
- UWB technology, SPI host interface
- Resin moulded + conformal shielding structure
