Product Overview
74LV4066D,118 is a quad single pole, single throw analogue switch. Each switch features two input/output terminals (nY and nZ) and an active HIGH enable input (nE). When nE is LOW, the analogue switch is turned off. Digital inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC.
- Wide supply voltage range from 1.0 to 6.0V
- CMOS low power dissipation, direct interface with TTL levels
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 class II level B
- Typical VOLP (output ground bounce): < 0.8V at VCC = 3.3V and Tamb = 25°C
- Input transition rise and fall rate is 500ns/V max at VCC = 1.0V to 2.0V
- Input leakage current is 1.0μA max at VI = VCC or GND, VCC = 3.6V, -40°C to +125°C
- ON resistance (peak) is 150 ohm max at VI = VIH or VIL, VCC = 2.0V, -40°C to +125°C
- Total power dissipation is 500mW maximum at Tamb = -40°C to +125°C
- SO14 package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
