Product Overview
NEX10000UBZ is an 80mA dual output LCD bias power supply. It is a power supply IC providing programmable positive and negative output voltages for TFT-LCD panels. The device features an integrated boost converter, LDO regulator and a negative charge pump. The device requires only a single inductor allowing for a small Bill-Of-Material and the smallest PCB area. The NEX10000 has an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5V and can operate from single-cell Li-ion, Ni-Li and Li-Polymer batteries It can supply up to 80mA output current. The NEX10000 has excellent line transient and load transient responses. Applications include smart phone TFT-LCD, tablet TFT-LCD.

- Programmable output voltages - OUTP: +4V to +6V (0.1V step), OUTN: -4V to -6V (0.1V step)

- 86% high efficiency at 40 mA combined output, ±1% output voltage accuracy

- Integrated active output discharge function, UVLO and OTSD protection
