The PESD5Z5.0 is a low capacitance unidirectional ESD Protection Diode, designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. Increased layout flexibility and more PCB space, reduced power consumption for extended battery life and fewer ESD strike related field returns. For outstanding protection against ESD and other voltage-induced transient pulses.
