Product Overview
PMEG40T10ERX is a trench maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifier encapsulated in a CFP3 (SOD123W) small and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The applications include low voltage rectification, high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, freewheeling application, reverse polarity protection, and low power consumption application.
- Average forward current is 1A max (δ = 0.5; f = 20KHz; square wave; Tsp ≤ 170°C)
- Reverse voltage is 40V max (Tj = 25°C), forward voltage is 400mV typ (IF = 1A; Tj = 25°C; pulsed)
- Low forward voltage, low leakage current due to Trench MEGA Schottky technology
- High power capability due to clip-bonding technology, small and flat lead SMD plastic package
- Suitable for both reflow and wave soldering
- Reverse current is 3µA typ (VR = 10V, Tj = 25°C; pulsed)
- Total power dissipation is 0.68W max (Tamb ≤ 25°C)
- Non-repetitive peak forward current is 20A max (tp = 8ms; square wave; Tj(init) = 25°C)
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 40V min (IR = 1mA; pulsed; Tj = 25°C)
- 2 terminals SOD123W package, ambient temperature range from -55 to 175°C
