Product Information
Product Overview
The MOC3052SM is a 6-pin random-phase TRIAC Driver Optocoupler consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a non-zero crossing silicon bilateral AC switch (TRIAC). This device isolate low voltage logic from 115VAC and 240VAC lines to provide random phase control of high current TRIAC or thyristors. This device feature greatly enhanced static dv/dt capability to ensure stable switching performance of inductive loads. It is suitable for solenoid/valve controls, static AC power switch, solid state relay, incandescent lamp dimmers and temperature controls.
- Excellent IFT stability - IR emitting diode has low degradation
- 850V Maximum working insulation voltage
- 6000V High allowable overvoltage
