The MUR420G is a switch-mode ultrafast recovery Power Rectifier with an epoxy molded case, all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The state-of-the-art device is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters and freewheeling applications.
