Product Overview
Heatsink kit for Rubicon and Raspberry Pi reduce Raspberry Pi processor temperature by up to 20°C. The heatsink accessory kit provides the hardware necessary to mount a Raspberry Pi such that its processor is thermally tied to the base plate with a copper riser allows the heat to flow directly from the processor to the base plate of the Rubicon, and subsequently out of the enclosure.
- Requires base plate and standoffs for Rubicon enclosure

1 x heatsink riser, 1 x heatsink block, 1 x mounting hardware (M3x20mm flat head screws, 8 washers), 2 x thermal pad.
