Product Overview
103M-1-A-5/2D is a 103 series low level low capacitance SIL/SIP reed relay. This relay is intended for applications such as wide bandwidth A.T.E. switching matrices, attenuator switching where exceptionally low levels of inter-terminal capacitances are required. The co-axial device has a characteristic impedance of 50 ohms and is also suitable for RF applications.

- Stacking on 5.08mm pitch
- Maximum operating voltage is 3.75V, minimum operating voltage is 0.5V
- 1 Form A configuration, comes with internal diode, magnetic screen
- 100% tested for dynamic contact resistance
- Coil voltage is 5V, coil resistance is 150 ohm
- Maximum contact resistance is 0.12 ohm
- Power rating is 10W, maximum switch current is 0.5A
- Life expectancy is 10⁸, operating temperature range is -20°C to +85°C
