The TOP257EN is a 85W integrated Off-Line Switcher with advanced feature set and extended power range. This enhanced EcoSmart™ switcher incorporates a 700V power MOSFET, high voltage switched current source and PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device.
- Multi-mode operation maximizes efficiency at all loads
- Low height is ideal for adapters where space is limited
- Line under-voltage detection prevents turn-OFF glitches
- Line over-voltage shutdown extends line surge limit
- Accurate programmable current limit
- Heat sink is connected to source for low EMI
- Fully integrated soft-start for minimum start-up stress
