Product Overview
R-78K2.5-1.0 is a R-78K-1.0 series SIP3 single output DC/DC converter. It is a switching regulator module that has been designed to offer all the advantages of a switching regulator (high efficiency, wide input range, accurate output voltage regulation) but with a low cost for production quantities. Due to it's high efficiency, no heat-sink is required, and operation from -40 to 90°C is possible without derating. IEC/EN62368-1 3rd edition certified and EN55032 compliant.
- Input voltage range from 4.5 to 36VDC, output voltage is 2.5VDC
- Output current is 1000mA, efficiency is 85% at minimum Vin
- Pin compatible with 78 series regulators, non isolated DC/DC converter
- Undervoltage and short circuit protection
- Black plastic, (UL94 V-0) case material
- Typical internal switching frequency is 400KHz
- 3 years warranty
- Dimension (L x W x H) is 11.5 x 7.55 x 10.2mm
