R5F121BCMFP#30 is an RL78/G16 compact, low-pin count microcontroller with a capacitive touch sensor unit, ideal for home appliances and high-temperature environments. It is a general-purpose microcontroller with capacitive touch channels and a 16 MHz operating frequency. It is also equipped with functional safety-compliant hardware to support the acquisition of IEC/UL60730 certification, the safety standard for home appliances. In addition, it has a high precision (±1.0%) high-speed on-chip oscillator, data flash, a rich serial interface, and a comparator built-in, making it ideal for compact applications that need space savings. It is also compatible with the existing RL78 family and can be a seamless replacement, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from home appliances and consumer electronics to industrial equipment.
