BD9G500UEFJ-LAE2 is a BD9G500UEFJ-LA buck DC/DC converter with built-in low on-resistance high-side power MOSFET. It is capable of providing current of up to 5A. Current mode architecture provides fast transient response and simple phase compensation setup. The operating frequency is adjustable from 100kHz to 650kHz. It includes over current protection, thermal shutdown protection, over voltage protection. Application includes industrial equipment, power supply for FA’s industrial device, communications power systems.
- Input voltage range from 7V to 76V, reference voltage accuracy is 1.0V±1.0%
- Typical high-side MOSFET ON-resistance is 100mohm, input absolute maximum rating is 80V
- Long time support product for industrial applications
