BR25G1MFVT-5AE2 is a SPI bus EEPROM. It is a 1Mbit serial EEPROM of SPI BUS interface. It has write protect block setting by software memory array 1/4, 1/2, whole. It is used in applications such as ordinary electronic equipment (such as AV equipment, OA equipment, telecommunication equipment, home electronic appliances, amusement equipment, etc).
- SPI bus type, operating voltage range from 1.6V to 5.5V
- 1Mbit capacity, page size is 256 byte, bit format is 131072 x 8bit
- 256 byte write lockable identification page
- Auto erase and auto end function at data rewrite
- Clock frequency is 20MHz maximum
- Address auto Increment function at read operation
- HOLD function by the HOLDB pin
