Product Overview
The BU4S81G2-TR is a general purpose CMOS logic single 2-input AND Gate with buffered output. Buffered output improves the characteristics of propagation delay from gate input to output. Also, buffered output suppress the fluctuating delay time which caused by output load capacitance.
