Product Overview
TLR2377YFJ-CE2 is a dual automotive high precision and input/output rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier. It features low input offset voltage, low noise and low input bias current. It is suitable for automotive requirements such as engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system, sensor amplifier, and so on. Application includes engine control unit, electric power steering (EPS), anti-lock braking system (ABS), automotive electronics, sensor amplifiers, battery-powered equipment, current monitoring amplifier, ADC front ends, buffer amplifier, photodiode amplifier, amplifiers.
- Typical input offset voltage is 1.7μV, operating supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
- Typical input-referred noise voltage density is 20nV/√Hz (f = 10Hz)
- Typical common-mode input voltage range is VSS to VDD, input bias current is 0.5pA (typ)
- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
