The 50-140-06 50A is a 50A/700VAC class-gR very fast acting cylindrical ultra rapid Semiconductor Fuse with industrial ceramic, integrated striker pin for fuse blown indication or operation of micro switches. Complies with DIN VDE 0636-40. It is suitable for use with protection of thyristors, diodes and power transistors.
