XG22-RB4415A is a EFR32xG22E wireless 2.4GHz +6dBm radio board. The EFR32xG22 +6 dBm Radio Board (xG22-RB4415A) wireless radio board plugs into the Main Development Board of the Wireless Gecko Starter Kit. Used in conjunction with the software stack, distributed with Simplicity Studio, developers will have all the tools they need to start developing their project.
- Based on the EFR32MG22E224F512IM40 Wireless SoC
- 6dBm, 512KB flash, 32KB RAM, 5 x 5mm QFN40 package
- Inverted-F PCB antenna (2.4GHz band)
- 8Mbit low-power serial flash for over-the-air upgrades
Notes
This radio board cannot be used stand-alone and requires a wireless mainboard which can be purchased separately.
