STM32MP215DAN3 is an Arm®‑based microprocessor integrating a single‑core 64‑bit Cortex®‑A35 running at up to 1.5GHz together with a Cortex®‑M33 core operating up to 300MHz. This heterogeneous architecture allows the execution of high‑level operating systems on the Cortex‑A35 while ensuring deterministic real‑time processing on the Cortex‑M33. The devices support external memories up to 4Gbytes, including DDR3L, DDR4, and LPDDR4 through a 16‑bit SDRAM interface. A total of 456Kbytes of internal SRAM with ECC. The STM32MP215D integrates extensive connected through multi‑layer AXI and AHB interconnects, providing up to 123 secure GPIOs with interrupt capability. Advanced security features include Arm® TrustZone® technology, secure boot, cryptographic hardware accelerators, tamper detection, and a complete resource isolation framework. Multimedia support is provided by an LCD‑TFT controller supporting 24‑bit RGB up to 1920×1080 resolution and camera interfaces including MIPI CSI‑2.
