Product Overview

STUW81300TR is a is a wideband RF/microwave PLL fractional/integer frequency synthesizer with integrated VCOs and LDOs. It has a fast automatic centre frequency calibration providing wide frequency range from 1.925GHz to 16GHz with a single device. This frequency synthesizer has low noise LDO voltage regulators and internally matched broadband RF outputs. It has got additional feature which include a crystal oscillator core, external VCO mode, output mute function, low power mode to trade current consumption with phase noise performance. This integer frequency synthesizer is ideal for application such as infrastructure equipment, satellite communication for terrestrial applications and wireless communication systems.
  • External VCO option with 5V charge pump
  • Fundamental VCO rejection at doubler output higher than 20dB
  • Maximum phase detector frequency is 100MHz
  • Exact frequency mode, R/W SPI interface
  • Differential reference clock input (LVDS and LVECPL compliant) supporting upto 800MHz
  • Integrated reference crystal oscillator core
  • Supply voltage range is 3.0V to 5.4V
  • Case style is VFQFPN36
  • Operating temperature range is -40°C to -85°C
