SFCF0128H1BK1MT-C-MS-553-SMA is a C-300 longevity series industrial CompactFlash™ card. It is still a very popular Flash-based storage solution used in the embedded and industrial markets and the CompactFlash™ card form factor and connector are well established. It provides rugged and reliable memory for a wide range of demanding use cases. They are designed to solve a broad range of concerns from compatibility, booting and power fail safety to long-term supply, controlled BOM and outstanding flash protocol handling techniques to ensure the highest possible data integrity.
- Fully compliant with CompactFlash™ specification 3.0, compatible with specification 4.1
- Fully compatible with PCMCIA specification, PC Card ATA Interface supported
- True IDE mode compatible, up to PIO mode 6 supported, up to MDMA4 supported
- Up to UDMA4 supported, hardware RS-code ECC (4bytes/528bytes correction)
- Fix drive (IDE mode) and removable drive (PCMCIA mode) as default in the same card
- 5.0V power supply, power saving mode (with automatic wake-up)
- Data retention: 10 year (JESD47)
- 36.4mm width, 42.8mm height, 3.3mm thickness
- 128MB memory capacity
- Commercial operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
