0609 2272 is a robust stainless steel food probe (Pt100) used for measuring the core temperature of foods. The fact that the probe is EN 13485 and HACCP-compliant is particularly practical for use in the food sector. In addition, it is protected against water jets according to IP65.
- Measuring range from -50 to +400°C
- Class A (-50 to +300°C), Class B (remaining range) accuracy
- 1.5m cable length
- IP65 rated
- 15mm length probe shaft tip, 125mm length probe shaft
- 3mm diameter probe shaft tip, 4mm diameter probe shaft
