Product Overview
HACCP compliant probe designed for stable, long-term measurements, this probe has similar thermal characteristics as a pack of cold meat. Simulates the core temperature of surrounding foodstuffs in a fridge, cold store or freezer.
- T-type food simulant probe 100mm x 100mm x 10mm
- Conjunction with connection cable, thermometer, user simply plugs into TFS01 for an instant reading
- Thermocouple type - K
- Accuracy - ½ Class I (±0.25°C ±1.5%)
- Measurement range: -50 to 150°C
- Can be laid down on a shelf or fixed with cable ties (not included) using the two fixing holes
