Product Overview
XC9289B15D1R-G is a XC9289 series HiSAT-COT® control, 1.5A synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with a built-in P-channel driver FET and N-channel driver FET. HiSAT-COT is a proprietary high-speed transient response technology for DC/DC converter which has minimized output voltage during load fluctuations. It is Ideal for the applications with large instantaneous load fluctuations such as FPGAs and equipment that requires stable output voltage. Application includes communication equipment / modules (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/GPS etc.), power supply for MCU/FPGA/ASIC (POL power supply), smart phones/mobile phones. DSC/camcorder, portable game consoles, wearable devices, active cable/active optical cable.

- Short protection (latch protection), thermal shutdown
- 1.5V output voltage, 3MHz oscillation frequency
- Operating voltage range from 2.5 to 5.5V (Ta = 25°C)
- Maximum output current is 1500mA min (VIN=<C-1>, Ta = 25°C)
- Efficiency (fOSC=1.2MHz) is 92% (VIN=3.8V, VOUT=1.8V, IOUT=200mA)
- Quiescent current is 15μA typ (fOSC=1.2MHz, VOUT=VOUT(T)×1.1, Ta = 25°C)
- Stand-by current is 1.0μA max (Ta = 25°C, VEN=0V)

- LGA-8B01 package, operating ambient temperature range from -40 to 105°C
