Product Overview
74LCX157FT(AJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-performance CMOS multiplexer. It is designed for use in 3.3V systems, it achieves high speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. This device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but it could be used to interface to 5V supply environment for inputs. It consists of four 2-input digital multiplexers with common SELECT and active-low ST inputs. When the active-low ST input is held "H" level, selection of data is inhibited and all the outputs become "L" level. The SELECT decoding determines whether the A or B inputs get routed to their corresponding Y outputs. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.

- Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74LVC/ALVC/ etc.) 157 type
- AEC-Q100 (Rev. H) qualified, power-down protection provided on all inputs and outputs
- Output current is IOH/IOL = 24mA (min) (VCC = 3.0V)
- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V
- Input leakage current is ±5.0µA max at (VIN = 0 to 5.5V, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 10µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Propagation delay time (A,B - Y) is 6.5ns maximum at (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
