Product Overview
74LCX257FT(AJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-performance CMOS multiplexer. It is designed for use in 3.3V systems, it achieves high speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low-power dissipation. This device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but it could be used to interface to 5V supply environment for inputs. It is composed of four independent 2-channel multiplexers with common select and active-low OE. If active-low OE is set high, the outputs are held in a high-impedance state. When SELECT is set low, "A" data inputs are enabled. Conversely, when SELECT is high, "B" data inputs are enabled. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.
- Low-voltage quad 2-channel multiplexer (3-state) with 5V tolerant inputs and outputs
- Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74LVC/ALVC/ etc.) 257 type
- AEC-Q100 (Rev. H) qualified, power-down protection provided on all inputs and outputs
- Output current is IOH/IOL = 24mA (min) (VCC = 3.0V)
- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V
- Input leakage current is ±5.0µA max at (VIN = 0 to 5.5V, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 10µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Propagation delay time (A,B - Y) is 6.5ns max at (2.7V VCC, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
