Product Overview
TC4051BFT(EL,N) is a multiplexer with capabilities of selection and mixture of analogue signal and digital signal. TC4051B has 8 channels configuration. The digital signal to the control terminal turns “ON” the corresponding switch of each channel, with large amplitude (VDD − VEE) can be switched by the control signal with small logical amplitude (VDD − VSS). For example, in the case of VDD = 5V VSS = 0V and VEE = -5V, signals between -5V and +5V can be switched from the logical circuit with single power supply of 5 volts. As the ON-resistance of each switch is low, these can be connected to the circuits with low input impedance.

- On-state resistance is 240 ohm typ (VDD = 5V, 0 ≤ VIS ≤ VDD, RL = 10Kohm, 25°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 0.005μA typ (VDD = 5V, VIN = VSS, VDD, 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typ (25°C)
- Output capacitance is 58pF typ (VDD = 10V, 25°C)
- Cut-off frequency -3dB is 20MHz typ (VDD = 5V, RL = 1Kohm, 25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.15% typ (VDD = 2.5V, RL = 10Kohm, f = 1KHz, Ta = 25°C)
- Crosstalk is 1.5MHz typ (VDD = 5V, RL = 1Kohm, Ta = 25°C)
- 16-pin TSSOP16-P-0044-0.65A package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
