Product Overview
TC7SBL384CFU,LF(CT is a low voltage / low capacitance CMOS single bus switch. The low on-resistance of the switch allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay time. It requires the output enable (OE) input to be set high to place the output into the high impedance. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.
- VCC operating voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V
- Power-down protection for inputs (active-low OE and OE, I/O)
- ON-resistance is 5.5 ohm typical at (VIS = 0V, IIS = 30mA, VCC = 3V)
- Quiescent supply current is 10µA maximum at (VIN = VCC or GND, IOUT = 0A, VCC = 3.6V)
- Output enable time is 6ns maximum at (VCC = 3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Input capacitance is 4pF typical at (VIN = 0V, VCC = 3V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, USV package
