Product Overview
The TLP127(U,F) from Toshiba is a 4 pin mini flat surface mount photocoupler. TLP127 consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a darlington photo transistor with an integral base emitter resistor with VCEO of 300V. This device is suitable for programmable controllers, DC output module and telecommunication.
