Product Overview
TLX9310(TEE-TL,F(O is a TLX9310 optocoupler. It consists of a high-output infrared LED coupled with a high-speed photo-diode-transistor chip. It is housed in the SO6 package. This photocoupler guarantees operation at up to 105°C and on supplies from 2.7V to 5.5V. Since TLX9310 has guaranteed 0.3mA low supply current (IDDL/IDDH), and 1mA (Topr =105°C) low threshold input current (IFHL), it contributes to energy saving of devices. It can be driven directly from a microcomputer for a low input current. Applications include automotive, battery management system (BMS).
